No. Monthly style and voice allowances reset on your billing renewal date and do not accumulate. Free's voice allowance is lifetime rather than monthly. Purchased credits never expire.

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

No. Once a credit pack is purchased it is non-refundable. However, unused credits in a pack do not expire — they remain in your account as long as your account is open.
