No. Monthly conversions from your subscription reset on your billing renewal date. They do not accumulate. Credit pack conversions never expire and are separate from your monthly allowance.

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

No. Once a credit pack is purchased it is non-refundable. However, unused credits in a pack do not expire — they remain in your account as long as your account is open.

For EU customers, VAT is applied at the rate applicable in your country of residence. You can add a VAT number in your billing settings to apply reverse charge if you are a VAT-registered business.
